Job Description

The Role:

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and analyze performance metrics.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with brand goals.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce 15–20 short-form videos per month (Reels, TikTok, XHS).
  • Create 3–5 static content posts monthly (images/carousels).
  • Write platform-optimized captions for all videos and static posts.
  • Translate complex product/scientific concepts into digestible content.
  • Design simple graphics and visual assets.
  • Manage and post content across social media channels.
  • Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring timely execution.
  • Optimize content for engagement, reach, and shareability.
