Role Overview :
We’re looking for a Growth & Content Strategist who deeply understands Instagram organic visibility.
This is not a posting job.
This is a strategy + execution + leadership role.
You’ll be responsible for leading and guiding a small team of interns, helping them create Instagram Reels that:
Get discovered
Hold attention
Drive engagement (comments, shares, follows)
Build curiosity around UniLyf
Platform Focus :
Instagram is the core platform
This role is Instagram-first
Twitter/X, YouTube, etc. are not the focus right now
We’re looking for depth, not breadth.
