Nelios, is looking for a hands-on, creative Social Media Manager to join Wrapsody, our premium agency focused exclusively on tourism & hospitality. We design social media experiences that combine strategy, aesthetics and performance, always adapted to the culture and dynamics of each platform. We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong creative mindset and a genuine passion for social media — someone who doesn't just understand trends but loves finding them in the first place, thinks in video-first content, and wants to grow within a collaborative agency environment.

This role is best suited for a junior / early-career professional who is hands-on, creative and deeply familiar with social media platforms. You will be involved in the full social media process: from strategy and content planning to content creation, community management, client communication and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of social media strategies for tourism & hospitality brands.
  • Plan and structure monthly content calendars and feeds.
  • Create photo and video content (Reels, Stories, short-form videos, basic edits and animations).
  • Write engaging, platform-native copy.
  • Publish, schedule and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Manage comments, messages and community interaction.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding content planning, feedback and approvals.
  • Support the setup, monitoring and optimization of META (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and assist with reporting.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, formats and platform changes.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation or relevant personal projects.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Photo and video editing skills are mandatory
    (experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.).
  • Very good knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus.
