Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to help manage and grow our online presence and community across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and publishing original, engaging content such as photos, videos, stories, and polls. You will also actively engage with our audience, respond to inquiries and feedback, and track and report on social media performance and key metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute social media content and campaigns aligned with our brand, business goals, and target audience
• Create and publish original, high-quality content (photos, videos, stories, polls) that highlights our brand, products, and services
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and feedback, and foster a strong online community
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction
• Identify and leverage emerging social media trends, platforms, and influencers to increase brand awareness and reach
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of social media strategies and guidelines

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the food or lifestyle industry
• Strong communication and marketing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content for diverse audiences and platforms
• Knowledge of and passion for meat and cooking, with the ability to effectively showcase our brand, products, and services
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web content best practices
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
