Social Media Manager (Organic) with 6+ years of experience to lead our organic social media and podcast initiatives across platforms. This role is focused entirely on brand building, storytelling, community engagement, and organic growth—not paid media or performance marketing.

The ideal candidate comes with a strong agency background, a deep understanding of finance/fintech audiences, and proven experience in building high-impact digital content ecosystems. You will own organic social and podcast strategy end-to-end, lead a small in-house team, and collaborate closely with creative and media partners to strengthen brand presence.
