Social Media Manager

Vleafy Technologies Private Limited is expanding, and we’re looking for a creative, driven Social Media Manager (2+ years experience) who can take ownership of brand storytelling and deliver consistent, high-quality execution.

We work with hotel chains, retail brands, and service companies in India and abroad — so if you enjoy fast-paced growth, variety, and building brands that people actually remember, this role is for you.

📍 Location: Nungambakkam (Work From Office)

🕒 Experience: 2+ years

💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on skills & experience)

✅ Creative Strategy & Execution

• Create engaging social content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more
• Set brand tone, build content directions, develop storyboards, and execute with clarity
• Plan and manage monthly post calendars and marketing calendars

✅ Content + Community Growth

• Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community management
• Keep client pages active, engaging, and aligned with brand voice
• Strengthen brand recall through strong messaging and trend-backed content

✅ Performance, Optimization & Reporting

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, clicks, growth)
• Optimize content based on insights and platform behavior
• Create clean, professional reports for internal review and client presentations

✅ Collaboration & Client Coordination

• Work closely with designers, editors, and marketing teams for deliverables
• Coordinate with clients for inputs, timelines, approvals, and content flow
• Ensure every post goes live on time with quality checks

✅ Marketing Team Alignment

• Understand ads basics (creative direction + storyboard), and ensure smooth communication with the digital marketing team
• SEO knowledge is required (to support integrated marketing execution)

• 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience
• Strong understanding of content formats, reels, trends, hooks, and analytics
• Great communication + crisp copywriting skills
• Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite (or similar), LinkedIn tools
• Good design sense and working knowledge of Canva / Adobe tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts confidently

• 🤖 Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, Image Gen, and other AI workflows for ideation, scripting, content repurposing, or creative iterations.
