Summary: 
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to plan, develop, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand presence, increasing engagement, and driving measurable business outcomes through organic and paid social media initiatives. This role requires strong strategic thinking, content expertise, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Manage and optimize company presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and others

  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns

  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization

  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner

  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools

  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
