Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and others).
• Lead and coordinate with a team of social media executives/designers.
• Plan, create, and schedule content calendars.
• Design posts, stories, reels, and creatives using Canva .
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community management.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Proficient in Canva for designing creatives.
• Experience in handling a team.
• Good communication and content writing skills.
• Understanding of analytics and performance tracking.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
