About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms and build strategic partnerships with trading industry influencers. This role combines hands-on content creation, community management, and high-level influencer relationship development to elevate our brand in the LATAM market.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management (70%)

Platform Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Discord, and Twitch
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform's unique audience and best practices
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with community members across all channels in a timely and authentic manner
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Stay current with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and new features

Content Creation

  • Record and edit short-form videos and interviews during offline events, conferences, and meetups
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content that humanizes the brand and showcases company culture
  • Develop compelling copy in Spanish that resonates with our target audience
  • Coordinate with design team for graphics, animations, and other visual assets
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms

Community Building

  • Foster and grow engaged communities on Discord and Twitch
  • Moderate discussions and ensure positive, inclusive community environments
  • Identify and amplify user-generated content and success stories
  • Plan and execute community engagement campaigns and initiatives


Influencer Partnership Development (30%)

Strategic Outreach

  • Research and identify relevant trading industry influencers, content creators, and thought leaders in the LATAM market
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential influencer partners with audience analysis and engagement metrics
  • Proactively prospect and initiate contact with influencers aligned with brand values and target demographics

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and their management teams
  • Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and compensation structures
  • Coordinate collaboration campaigns from concept through execution
  • Track and measure ROI of influencer partnerships

Campaign Execution

  • Brief influencers on brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and key messages
  • Oversee content approval processes and ensure brand alignment
  • Manage contracts, payments, and legal requirements for influencer collaborations


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Experience with trading, finance, or fintech brokers is highly desired.
  • Language & Market: Mandatory bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal), coupled with strong cultural awareness for the LATAM markets.
  • Portfolio: Mandatory submission showcasing successful, results-driven social media campaigns.
  • Work Style: Ability to thrive and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Full-Spectrum Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of best practices across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Discord, and Twitch.
  • Community Management: Proven experience building, managing, and moderating communities (especially on Discord and/or Twitch ).
  • Content Production: Demonstrated skills in video recording and basic editing (mobile/camera, using tools like CapCut/Premiere) and proficiency with basic graphic design (Canva ).
  • Analytics & Paid Media: Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite/Buffer/ Sprout Social) and a strong understanding of analytics and paid social advertising (Google Analytics, native platform insights).
  • Influencer Relations: Strong negotiation, relationship-building skills, and experience managing content creators/influencers (existing network a plus).
  • Organization: Strong organizational and project management skills.
