Role: Social Media Manager (Full-Time | Remote)

This is a fully remote role. You can work from anywhere while managing and growing our clients’ social media presence. We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and understands how to build strong digital brands through content and engagement.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and managing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, strengthen audience connection, and drive engagement across platforms.

Platforms You Will Work On

Instagram (Posts, Reels, Stories, Highlights)

Facebook (Posts, Stories, Community Engagement)

LinkedIn (Brand and professional content)

Twitter/X (If required by the client)

YouTube Shorts (If applicable)

Pinterest (For visual and lifestyle brands, if needed)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals

Create high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, and captions

Edit reels and short-form videos using simple editing tools

Design creatives using Canva with strong visual consistency

Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs

Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting

Monitor comments and DMs to build audience relationships

Track performance and optimize content using analytics

Stay updated with trends, formats, and algorithm changes

Work closely with internal teams to keep branding and messaging aligned

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing and SMO

Content strategy and copywriting skills

Excellent communication skills

Reels editing experience

Strong Canva design skills

Experience with Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics

Understanding of branding, audience behavior, and engagement strategies
