We create clean, high-performance makeup that feels good, looks better, and glows quietly.

Now we’re looking for someone just as tuned in to take us viral (but beautifully).

• You love beauty, design, and branding
• You know what makes something scroll-stopping vs just aesthetic
• You can create content that feels like it’s speaking to one person perfectly
• You’re ambitious, smart, and ready to build something from Day 1

What You’ll Do:

• Lead content on Instagram: shoot, edit, and post
• Grow the account with creative, addictive, save-worthy content
• Create weekly & monthly content calendars
• Engage with our audience: DMs, comments, reposts
• Track insights and constantly improve
• Lead monthly studio shoots- find ideas on Pinterest or Instagram & help execute them
• Find winning content to recreate for your shoots/team shoots
• Lead biweekly/monthly team shoots at different locations (mainly for reels)
• Video editing for reels

Bonus if you:

• Have experience growing your own or someone else’s page
• Can edit on CapCut, InShot, Canva etc.
• Are beauty-obsessed
