About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and strategy-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content planning, brand communication, and social media execution across platforms. You’ll be responsible for shaping social media strategies for multiple brands, managing their online presence, and ensuring consistent, engaging, and result-oriented content while working closely with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
● Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
● Create monthly social media calendars for multiple brands across platforms.
● Understand brand tone, positioning, and audience behavior to plan relevant content.
● Research trends, formats, and competitors to identify content opportunities.
● Collaborate with design and content teams to ideate campaigns and content ideas.

2. Content Ideation & Copywriting
● Ideate engaging content formats including reels, carousels, static posts, and stories.
● Contribute to content creation ideation; hands-on creation is a plus.
● Write captions, basic content copy, and ad copy that align with brand voice.
● Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual storytelling across platforms.

3. Social Media Ads & Execution
● Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
● Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
● Manage budgets and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

4. Account Management & Reporting
● Act as a point of contact for multiple brands.
● Handle end-to-end social media account management for multiple brands.
● Monitor daily performance, engagement, and community interactions.
● Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
● Share regular updates with clients and internal teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:
● 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
● Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
● Good content writing(Good to have) and captioning skills.
● Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
● Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and basic analytics platforms.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
