Job Description Position: Social Media Manager Company: Dignifyd

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Noida
Role Summary Dignifyd is seeking a skilled and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple client brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content strategies across various social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency, audience engagement, and measurable performance.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars aligned with client objectives
Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and Twitter/X
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives
Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtags
Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to drive engagement
Coordinate with clients for content approvals and incorporate feedback effectively
Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
Manage comments and messages as per client scope to maintain positive brand interactions
Required Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of Instagram and Linked In algorithms
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, and Google Sheets
Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding principles
Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience in handling short-form video and reel-based content
Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration campaigns
Basic understanding of paid social media advertising
Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments
