Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics to drive improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools and incorporate them into campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to create and execute social media initiatives that align with overall business goals
  • Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and manage relationships with influencers and other industry partners
  • Perform other social media-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role
