Job Description
We are a growing startup based in Pune and are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can independently handle our social media presence from ideation to execution.
This is not a work-from-home role and not for freshers or interns.
We are looking for someone who is confident on camera, thinks independently, and can create engaging reels and content without depending on a full-time graphic designer or video editor.
Female candidates are preferred due to the nature of on-camera content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In primarily)
Create reels and short-form video content directly on camera
Plan and execute content ideas independently
Write captions and scripts with strong clarity and intent
Use basic AI tools (Chat GPT, Canva AI, video tools, etc.) to support content creation
Maintain consistency, brand tone, and posting schedule
