We are seeking a highly-organized and creative Social Listening and Engagement Manager. This role is a hybrid of strategic content creation, data-driven social listening, and hands-on community engagement. You will work across our social networks to drive brand awareness, drive our editorial calendar in APAC, and engage directly with our community.
You will be a hands-on expert in our social platform (Sprinklr), using it to monitor conversations, publish content, and report on performance. You'll apply human judgment for nuanced technical interactions, ensuring our community feels heard, valued, and excited about building the future of software on MongoDB
