• Design and execute the global social media editorial calendar.
• Create, plan and publish engaging and relevant content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Monitor and moderate community interactions (comments, messages, reviews), strengthening the bond with users.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose new tactics, formats, and trends to enhance our digital presence.
• Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate special campaigns and activations in collaboration with Marketing, PR, Brand, and Design teams.
