Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern with a strong interest in graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, understands social media trends, and wants hands-on exposure to building a B2B technology brand.
The intern will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media presence, and support digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions aligned with brand tone.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats (reels, shorts), and best practices.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and assist in community management.
Graphic Design & Video Editing
- Design creatives for social media posts, banners, posters, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Create and edit short videos, reels, product explainers, and promotional content.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in executing digital campaigns, including organic and paid promotions.
- Support basic SEO and content marketing initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to understand products and translate them into engaging content.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
- Basic to good knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Understanding of major social media platforms and content formats.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or motion graphics tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals, or ad platforms (Meta/Google Ads).
- Interest in B2B marketing, industrial technology, or AI-based products.
