Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant

The Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant will support a women-focused wellness brand that hosts monthly women’s retreats and provides personal fitness coaching. The business is currently operated by a single founder and needs a creative, organized VA who can take ownership of content creation, social media management, email newsletters, and basic digital marketing tasks.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in marketing for small businesses, especially in the wellness, coaching, or lifestyle space, who can independently create on-brand content and suggest effective platforms and strategies to increase visibility.

Scope of Work

Social Media Content Creation

• Create branded graphics, posts, Reels/short‑form videos, and promotional materials for Instagram and Facebook.
• Develop 5–8 pieces of content per week (or as agreed).
• Maintain consistent, on‑brand style aligned with the company’s aesthetic and values.
