Job Description
Managing end-to-end social media presence, including content planning, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking across platforms.
Leading in-house photography and reel creation, conceptualising, shooting, and editing short-form video content aligned with brand tone and campaigns.
Handling PR and collaborations, coordinating with creators, partners, and media for brand visibility and outreach.
Playing an active role in planning and executing events, launches, and on-ground brand activities, ensuring smooth coordination and brand consistency.
Managing community engagement, responding to audience interactions, building relationships with regular customers, and maintaining an authentic brand voice online.
- Supporting team coordination and basic team handling, working closely with operations, kitchen, and service teams to align brand communication with on-ground experience.
- Strong interest in social media management and digital storytelling
- Photography & reel-making skills are a must (shooting + basic editing)
- Good understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and content formats
- Ability to plan and execute on-ground events and brand activities
- Basic knowledge of PR, collaborations, and influencer outreach
- Community management skills — engaging with audiences, replying to DMs/comments with warmth and clarity
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and handling multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow with the brand
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior experience is a plus, but passion, creativity, and consistency matter more
- Ideal for someone looking to build hands-on experience in hospitality, branding, and social media
