Social Worker/Social Service Worker
reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for providing orientation, informal education, support and counselling to residents, families, and friends to promote a sense of comfort and well-being, as well as overall empowerment among individuals. Intervenes as needed in interactions between individuals, families, staff, group communities and their environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate Social Service Programs
- Provide support to department managers in staff intervention when needed.
