We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Social Work Assistants to be a part of our Youth Intervention Service.
The Youth Intervention Service is a fast-paced and challenging role which involves the support of children, families and care-experienced young adults within a Children and Families, Aftercare and Justice framework. The role is suitable to someone who enjoys working with teenagers and young adults as this is a core function of the role, as is the ability to respond and support to a crisis.
A degree of flexibility with your working hours is essential and expected to meet the needs of the team and those we work with, which will include the delivery of targeted group interventions. newly formed, busy Enhanced Children and Families Teams.
This is a Fife-wide team based centrally in Glenrothes and will require travelling throughout the area and out with Fife on occasion.
