About The Role

Eldercare is seeking a Social Worker to join an established Social Work service across our large, multi-site aged care organisation. Eldercare’s model of care recognises the broader psychosocial context of our residents’ lives, and our Social Workers offer expertise around decision-making capacity, resident risk, family dynamics and other factors affecting resident welfare.
