This is an excellent opportunity to work at the Stollery Children's Hospital in the Oncology Inpatient and Outpatient departments. The successful candidate will be well versed in team dynamics, multidisciplinary team rounding, collaboration, in teaching and supporting families on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in acute care pediatric quaternary hospital setting supporting new onset, maintenance, and crisis interventions for chronic conditions. You will be a skilled communicator with well-established community resource supports and networks: schools, community agencies, and government programs. The successful candidate will advocate for knowledge translation and accessing all available services.
