Fingerprint requirement be done remotely (takes approx - DAYS) or in person in Jackson, MS week prior to assignment

FLU VACCINE IS REQUIRED - only medical exemption is allowed and requires documented evidence from a health care provider of a past severe reaction to the vaccine



MUST HAVE ACTIVE MISS LICENSE

MUST HAVE EPIC CHARTING EXPERIENCE



General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS,

Licensure requirement-LMSW or LCSW AND MS STATE LICENSE



Must be SW Case manager with at least years Acute Care Management experience. Previous experience in large academic Medical Center hospital/Level trauma center is required - is the only Level trauma center in the state and receives a variety of complex patients and those with no other hospital options.

Will cover all Inpatient units throughout the hospital

Medical discharge could be some social discharges
