YOUR ROLE AS THE BRIDGE

As a Social Worker, you play a key role in supporting children and their families through professional social work services. You will:

• Provide Support: Offer professional counselling, guidance, and casework support to parents and caregivers.
• Assess & Advocate: Conduct interviews, home visits, and means-testing assessments to identify needs and facilitate access to appropriate resources and services.
