About the Role
The Social Worker (SW) will be part of the Family Support Services – Care Corner Families for Life team playing the role of an FLE trainer, delivering evidence-based parenting and marriage programmes to parents and couples. The SW also works collaboratively with schools and community partners in planning of these programmes as required, and will be involved in various community outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities Area:
Conduct Family Life Education (FLE) parenting and marriage programmes through various formats (talks, workshops and group work, etc.) for parents and couples.
Provide counselling, programme, and case management services, including information & referral for identified clients.
Conduct outreach to schools and community partners to increase awareness of family related support and participation in FLE programmes offered.
