The Skye, Lochalsh and Wester Ross Integrated Health & Social Care Team has a vacancy for a part time Social Worker to be based in Ullapool in Wester Ross. The Team works closely with other disciplines such as nursing and mental health teams to provide a multi disciplinary and integrated service in a beautiful but remote and rural setting
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker to work in a community care context with adults.
