American company that finance, buys and sells used cars. Main office in Dallas, Texas. Business model that offers service centers, lots and stores.
Maintain department standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a highly professional environment. Utilize early-stage collection negotiation strategies to help customers stay current or reduce their delinquency status
**Schedule**:
- Training Schedule (2 weeks): Mon to Fri (8:00am to 5:00pm)
- Morning shift: Mon to Thur (08:00am - 6:00pm) and Fri and Sat (08:00am to 5:00pm)
- Late Shift: All week (11:00am - 8:00pm)
- 2 Days Off (Sunday + 1 Week day off)
- 2 Breaks of 15 minutes / Lunch time 1 hour
**Profile**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint,...
