**Department Description**:
- Make outbound calls on repossessed accounts
- Receive inbound redemption calls
- Arrange suitable payment solutions with past-due customers
- Identify accounts requiring management review
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain departmental performance standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
