Overview

The Soft Services Executive oversees daily soft service operations to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment. The role includes supervising vendors, managing housekeeping, security support, waste management, pest control, and handling customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping and ensure all areas are clean and well maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections and follow up on cleaning, waste, and pest issues.
  • Coordinate with security and other service providers on daily operations.
  • Manage vendor performance and ensure they meet service level expectations.
  • Handle customer or tenant feedback and provide timely solutions.
  • Support events and operational requests onsite.
  • Prepare simple daily/weekly reports and maintain basic records.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in soft services or facilities operations.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle daily operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
