Soft Services Unit Head

We are supporting a leading cultural institution in the UAE with the search for an experienced Unit Head – Soft Services to join their Operations function.

This senior role will lead and oversee all soft services operations , ensuring high-quality service delivery across cleaning, waste management, pest control, logistics, reception, and related support services in a complex, visitor-facing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a multidisciplinary soft services & logistics team
