Position Overview

The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for developing students interpersonal, communication, and professional skills to enhance their employability and overall personality. The trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and activities to prepare students for interviews, workplace interactions, and career success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

  • Conduct interactive sessions on communication skills presentation skills business etiquette time management and teamwork.
  • Train students on interview techniques group discussions and public speaking.
  • Develop students confidence, grooming, and workplace readiness.
