We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills & Corporate Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee communication, leadership, professionalism, and workplace effectiveness.
About the Role
The trainer will assess training needs, create engaging learning materials, and facilitate interactive sessions aligned with college goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom/virtual workshops on soft skills, including:
- Communication skills
- Business etiquette
- Team building & collaboration
- Presentation skills
- Time management & workplace productivity
- Facilitate role plays, case studies, simulations, and activity-based learning.
- Maintain and upgrade training material regularly.
Qualifications
- PG/Ph D
- Strong expertise in corporate soft skills training.
Required Skills
- Excellent public speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage diverse learners and manage classroom dynamics
- Strong interpersonal skills with a coaching mindset
- Good instructional design and adult learning knowledge
