Voice & Accent Trainer – Hindi & English


Job Summary

We are seeking a Voice & Accent Trainer to enhance communication quality and patient/customer interactions within a Healthcare/BPO environment. This role focuses on training agents and healthcare professionals on clear, neutral, and professional communication in Hindi and English, in alignment with quality, compliance, and patient experience standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Voice & Accent training for new hires and tenured agents in Hindi and English.
  • Train on pronunciation, clarity, intonation, pace, modulation, and accent neutralization.
  • Coach agents on professional language usage, call control, and empathy-driven communication.
  • Conduct call evaluations and provide targeted feedback based on QA observations.
  • Customize training content in line with healthcare communication standards and patient sensitivity.
  • Track training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with QA, Operations, and Training teams to support quality and compliance objectives.


Eligibility & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (Communication/English background preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience as a Voice & Accent or Communication Trainer in a Healthcare/BPO/Contact Center setup.
  • Proven experience training Hindi and English-speaking customer-facing teams.


Language & Skill Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English with strong grammar and neutral accent capability.
  • Strong spoken Hindi with clear and professional diction.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and feedback skills.
  • Ability to identify speech gaps and drive measurable improvement.
  • Familiarity with QA frameworks and healthcare communication sensitivity.


Preferred

  • Certification in Voice & Accent or Communication Training.
  • Experience handling patient-facing or healthcare support processes.
