Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our learners, focusing on improving their critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. This role requires a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to customize training programs to meet the unique needs of each learner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
Utilize various teaching methods, including presentations, simulations, and group discussions.
Provide one-on-one coaching to help learners achieve their personal and professional goals.
2. Program Development
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update training materials.
Customize training content to address the specific needs and goals of individual learners.
Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and latest industry trends.
3. Assessment and Feedback
Assess learners’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Track and report on learners’ performance and development.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest appropriate training interventions.
4. Support and Guidance
Act as a mentor and guide for learners, offering support and encouragement throughout the program.
Address any concerns or challenges faced by learners during the training process.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
5. Professional Development
Stay updated with the latest developments in soft skills training and professional development.
Attend workshops, conferences, and other learning opportunities to enhance your skills.
Share knowledge and best practices with the Kapable training team.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners.
Proficiency in using virtual training tools and platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Empathy and emotional intelligence.
