Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our learners, focusing on improving their critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. This role requires a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to customize training programs to meet the unique needs of each learner.


Key Responsibilities


1. Training Delivery

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Utilize various teaching methods, including presentations, simulations, and group discussions.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to help learners achieve their personal and professional goals.


2. Program Development

  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update training materials.
  • Customize training content to address the specific needs and goals of individual learners.
  • Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and latest industry trends.


3. Assessment and Feedback

  • Assess learners’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Track and report on learners’ performance and development.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest appropriate training interventions.


4. Support and Guidance

  • Act as a mentor and guide for learners, offering support and encouragement throughout the program.
  • Address any concerns or challenges faced by learners during the training process.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.


5. Professional Development

  • Stay updated with the latest developments in soft skills training and professional development.
  • Attend workshops, conferences, and other learning opportunities to enhance your skills.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the Kapable training team.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.


Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Proficiency in using virtual training tools and platforms.
