Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements
• Develop and implement training programs focused on soft skills
• Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to align training with organizational goals
• Monitor and report on participants' progress and training outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in soft skills development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences
• Ability to develop creative and engaging training materials
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Certifications in training or instructional design are a plus
