**Description**
SAIC is seeking a **Software Architect Analyst** with an **active** **Secret clearance** . The Analyst will support the Manpower Management Office within the Office of the Director of Administration and Management. Successful candidates will provide direct support to the Director, MMO, government AOs and SMEs.
Candidates located within the Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia areas preferred. **This position is 100% onsite located at the Mark Center** .
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Architect end-to-end JavaScript-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions supporting multiple users.
+ Design scalable architectures that integrate with existing DoW business systems.
+ Develop architectural roadmaps aligning technology investments with the Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC) phases.
+ Guide cross-functional teams through solution design, development, and deployment actions.
