The ideal candidate will assist with system enhancement intake, design, testing and launch process. Backlog refinement, prioritization, budget, and timelines planning. This role is crucial for ITRS migration consulting.

• Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices for software development and system implementation.
• Develop and optimize high-quality code for ITRS migration. Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices
