We are seeking a skilled and driven **Software Architect with expertise in Python**to lead our development teams and deliver impactful solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement robust software architectures that meet client specifications
- Develop, review, and refine code to maintain high technical standards
- Improve existing systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance
- Guide and support development teams, promoting teamwork and innovative problem-solving
- Monitor team performance, ensuring effective collaboration, skill-building, and motivation
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver customized solutions
- Identify opportunities to align technology strategies with client objectives and future needs
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
- Manage resources effectively, address risks, and ensure alignment with project and client goals
**Requirements**:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- 3+ years in leadership roles such as Architect, Manager, Lead, Owner, or Coordinator
- 2+ years of experience leading backend development projects with Python expertise
- Proven ability to manage teams of 7+ members, including recruitment, mentoring, and conflict resolution
- Track record of delivering projects from start to finish, including participation in at least 5 full project cycles or launching products to market
- Proficiency in Python programming and database technologies
- Advanced knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration
- Experience with microservices architecture and its practical implementation
- Expertise in Python testing tools and quality assurance methodologies
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and software development principles
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to build high-performing teams
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and deployment
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and their role in software development workflows
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment processes
- Understanding of network protocols and their integration into software solutions
- Ability to conceptualize and deliver innovative technical solutions as a trusted engineering leader
- Strategic mindset, capable of turning challenges into valuable opportunities
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless collaboration with clients and stakeholders

- Experience in industries such as Life Sciences, Finance, or other specialized fields
