Balances low-code speed with enterprise-grade architecture
Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Experience
6–8 years of overall application development experience
4+ years of hands-on Mendix development
Proven experience leading Mendix projects or programs
Should have experience of refactoring existing applications
Should have strong Database understanding, domain modelling skills.
Experience with Mendix 9.x / 10.x
Experience with Mendix upgrade and platform upgrades
Must have Mendix Native experience.
Certifications (Preferred)
Mendix Advanced Developer
Mendix Expert Developer
Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure) – nice to have
Architecture & Solution Design
Design end-to-end Mendix application architectures
Define application structure, domain models, microflows, and integrations
Review and approve complex technical designs...
