Ideal Candidate Profile

• Has progressed from Mendix Developer to Architect role
• Balances low-code speed with enterprise-grade architecture
• Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Experience

• 6–8 years of overall application development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on Mendix development
• Proven experience leading Mendix projects or programs
• Should have experience of refactoring existing applications
• Should have strong Database understanding, domain modelling skills.
• Experience with Mendix 9.x / 10.x
• Experience with Mendix upgrade and platform upgrades
• Must have Mendix Native experience.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Mendix Advanced Developer
• Mendix Expert Developer
• Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure) – nice to have
