Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has progressed from Mendix Developer to Architect role
- Balances low-code speed with enterprise-grade architecture
- Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Experience
- 6–8 years of overall application development experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Mendix development
- Proven experience leading Mendix projects or programs
- Should have experience of refactoring existing applications
- Should have strong Database understanding, domain modelling skills.
- Experience with Mendix 9.x / 10.x
- Experience with Mendix upgrade and platform upgrades
- Must have Mendix Native experience.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Mendix Advanced Developer
- Mendix Expert Developer
- Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure) – nice to have
Architecture & Solution Design
- Design end-to-end Mendix application architectures
- Define application structure, domain models, microflows, and integrations
