Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The architect will define platform architecture, ensure best practices, and guide development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

  • Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom applications.
  • Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow best practices .
  • Own platform strategy, roadmap, and architectural standards.
