Provides expertise and systems support in developing and enhancing business systems to provide new or enhanced products to clients or effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools to internal functions.

Essential Functions

Software Inventory & Lifecycle Management:

  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of licensed software.
  • Track software from request to retirement.
  • Categorize software into governance buckets: Approved, Needs Remediation, Not Approved.

License Compliance & Governance

  • Verify license compliance using Flexera and SNOW.
  • Support internal/external audits with accurate license records.
  • Identify and remediate unauthorized software.

Compliance & Optimization Initiatives

  • Produce monthly optimization reports.
