🔍 What You’ll Do

• Review & Feedback: Evaluate trainee code submissions and provide constructive, actionable feedback to ensure production-level quality.
• Grade Assignments: Assess and correct assignments to ensure alignment with program goals and technical standards.
• Monitor Progress: Track trainee performance and provide targeted feedback to support growth and identify areas for improvement.
• Daily Collaboration: Join daily stand-ups with the Engineering Manager to plan review priorities and discuss trainee progress.
• Repository Management: Maintain Git repositories and ensure version control integrity.
• Content Support: Assist in verifying and improving course materials and technical content.

🎓 What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in software development or quality assurance.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to coding standards (security, performance, readability).
• Ability to deliver tactful, educational feedback.
• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
• Experience with AI-powered code review tools and automated quality tools (linters, static analyzers).
• Ability to troubleshoot code across diverse stacks (Full Stack, Data, DevOps).
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
