The role is part of the Software Development Center, collaborating with both functional and technical stakeholders to define product features and enhancements. The primary project focus is the MLFF (Multi Lane Free Flow tolling) system.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and coordinate with NLEX to analyze existing business processes, e.g. through interviews and process capture.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, understanding operational pain points and wish lists.
  • Recommend and document solutions to enhance process efficiency and performance, through functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Work closely with software engineers to produce technical specifications enabling the implementation of the business and functional requirements.
