The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Activities
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and validate business requirements for enhancements, integrations, or new functionalities across multiple enterprise systems.
- Analyze current business processes, workflows, and system capabilities to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
