Job Description

RAD is hiring a System engineer with “hands-on” experience in L2 & L3 Networking and defining NMS/Cloud applications.

Position is full-time, with the hybrid option of up to 2 days/week remote.

Role & Responsibility

  • Lead and design NMS & SAAS cloud solutions
  • Lead & design networking applications
  • Be a technical authority. Design, document, and enforce best practices.

    • Must Haves:

  • Professional “hands-on” experience in Networking
  • Professional knowledge in Networking protocols and standards (L3 must, L2 bonus)
  • Technical Degree (Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent) from a well-known university and/or relevant tech experience
  • 3+ years experience in a Lead Architect role
  • Knowledge of networking topology, Linux, network configuration and components (firewalls, routers, proxies, etc.), as well as AWS, HTTP
  • Strong verbal and written communications in Hebrew and English

    • Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • AWS Certified Developer, AWS Solution Architect, or similar cloud certificates
  • Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures
  • Experience with micro-services design and development
